Close Commissioner Trade Loophole.
Right now, it would take 24 owners to veto a commissioner's trade, and the commissioner must be notified to post his own trade for veto. This should be closed immediately:
Proposal:
Any trade involving the commissioner needs more than 30% of active owners to veto to be overturned. Notifications for veto go in either the public forum/chat or to the co-commissioner.
Needs three votes to become a poll.
